Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, and driving sales of our truck-mounted knuckle boom cranes. This role involves a combination of field sales and cold calling, requiring strong communication skills, persistence, and a proactive approach to building relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and present appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in selling industrial equipment or heavy machinery is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
