STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Taxes and Duties
All taxes and duties liable to change as per govt. notification at time of billing.
2. Packaging and Forwarding
Our prices include packaging and forwarding unless otherwise mentioned in special cases and
if the material is to be exported the packaging and forwarding would be applicable as per
actual and are liable to change without prior notice.
3. Warehousing Charges
Warehouse charge @1% of basic cost would be incurred upon purchaser in case of failure
picking equipment within 1 week of intimation of completion of equipment.
4. Warranty
All the material sold by us (i.e. StEnSol) is warranted against any failure of equipment due to
manufacturing defects for a period of 1years and for which if needed purchaser must send the equipment to our works to carry out repair work and for which only the transportation cost is to be remitted by purchaser, if unrepairable the material shall be replaced in which the transportation cost shall be remitted by purchaser to us (i.e. StEnSol)
5. Force Majeure
Our offer is subject to force majeure by which is meant causes beyond the control of Strive
Engineering Solutions such as riots, natural calamity, war, civil disobedience, unavailability of
labour and government orders.
6. Cancellation
The order can be cancelled only when written consent is provided by Strive Engineering
Solutions (OPC) pvt. ltd. on demand of purchaser. The commenced manufacturing shall be
paid by the client and the advance paid shall be forfeited.
7. Liabilities
We shall, under no circumstances be liable to the Purchaser for indirect, special, incidental,
exemplary or consequential losses or damages including any third-party liabilities including
but not limited to loss of profits, anticipated revenue loss, interest loss etc.
8. Change in Terms and Conditions
In event of any of the above terms and conditions is not mentioned in purchase order released
by purchaser than the same will be followed according to this offer and any change in terms
and conditions would be after consent provided by us (i.e. Strive Engineering Solutions (OPC)
pvt. ltd.).
9. Scope of Supply
Items not specifically mentioned in the offer are not included in scope of supply
